Morning ladies & gentleman!!

So this weeks lessons are with limited availability (apart from on-line of course!!) Therefore, please book in with myself, Maria or Samantha as early as possible to avoid disappointment (also, please don’t commit if you can’t make it - as other clients will be on waiting lists!)
If you are booked in on a monthly pass and wish to take a trampoline home, that’s acceptable, just let us know and we will arrange!

Sessions are as follows:-

Monday at Burgau Sports Centre @ 6,30pm and On-line
Tuesday @ 10.30 - on-line only
Wednesday at Burgau Sports Centre @ 6,30pm and on-line
Thursday @ 10,30 / on-line only
Saturday at Burgau Sports Centre @ 09,30 and on-line

Welcome to Western Algarve Fabulous Fitness!
We have some many groups around for the villages and things going on, but not a specific one for Instructors to post their classes and sports events!! So thought I’d create one!!
It’s work in progress, so bear with me whilst I make it public and so others can post on the page!!!
