Today is my birthday and I am excited to share that I'M OFFICIALLY MONETIZED ON YOUTUBE! Oui oui, you read that right. As of this week, my YouTube channel was approved for ads and I will be making money from my YouTube videos.

What a great birthday gift from me to me. All the hard work that I 've put in the last year. I can't believe that I am finally part of the YouTube Partner Program. I want to share with you the things that i have learned throughout y journey and hangout with you a bit on my birthday. PLUS I'm sharing some tips if you want to take on this journey yourself.

Hi everyone! This is the last live ! Can you believe we are already at the end of February! Time is flying buy, you have no idea!! Nonetheless, I am getting a last session with Fitness by Anouline and I am looking forward to release some of this week's stress.

Today, we will focus on strengthening using dumbbells! It seems my body needs to build up on strength and stability, as my joints are more mobile than the average person.

25 minutes:

I have been wanting to have a steady fitness routine be part of my life for a long time and I finally am taking action this year! With the help of my childhood friend Fitness by Anouline. This is simple 10-minute stretch routine designed for beginners, but can be done by all. Flexibility exercises are helpful to improve or maintain your mobility, and are also great at releasing muscular tension. This is the time to relax and take deep breaths.

IN THIS ROUTINE:
30 sec hold per stretch
Seated hamstring stretch
Butterfly - hip adductors
Scapular slides
Supine glute stretch
Child's pose
Pec - arm extension
Standing hip flexor stretch
Quadricep stretch
Triceps stretch
Side neck & Levator scapulae
Unloaded position (can be held longer than 30 sec, great to unload the lower back)

10 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT at HOME for BEGINNERS - EMOM style

This is a short & sweet full body workout at home that is simple in concept. Perfect for beginners! All you need is a bit of space and a chair. This can be done on its own for a quick sweat or as a finisher to a full body workout.

EMOM style workout is Every Minute On the Minute: you have to perform the given exercises, usually 3, every minute for the duration of the workout. The faster you complete the reps, the longer you have to rest before the next minute starts. To increase the challenge, simply add an extra rep, or reps, to each exercise.

IN THIS WORKOUT:
1 minute work non-stop
Sumo Squats - 6 reps
Triceps Dips - 6 reps
Spiderman Abs - 6 reps (3 per side)
Complete 10 rounds

Join my family tonight as we are making our own favorite Dessert inspired by one of our favorite Vacation spot, Orlando Florida.

Wherever we go to Orlando we love going to Olive Gardens and if we have room dessert our choice will always be the Zeppole and chocolate sauce.

We might not be able to travel as we used to but we can definitely take a trip down memory lane with food, That's why we've decided to learn how to make it and to show you how easy and delicious it is.

This is even easier with our new Chic and dinning dipper from Tupperware. You can melt the chocolate in the microwave in 5 mins at intensity 5 and have perfect chocolate dip no mess and no danger so kids can help in the kitchen!!

Zeppole Ingredients
3 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour spooned and leveled off with the back of a knife

1 tbsp honey

When your dad leaves you unexpectedly you can't help but feel defeated. The pain and suffering is part of grieve. I know that he is in a better place but it doesn't change the fact that I miss him everyday.

Sometimes I am ok and can be cheerful as I only have good memories of him and some days it hurts cause I feel like I was rubbed of time with him. I had so much plan ahead and I have never picture a life without him.

Today it was one of those days where I feel defeated... I always let the feelings run it course but also try to find ways to help me survive the pain... that's why today I feel propelled to share with you something that helped through the day and can help you to.

Have you ever been a situation where you have an event to go to and have nothing to wear and then rush to the store and pay premium price for it? Not only it wasn't an enjoyable experience but a very stressful and time consuming one. I know that because it used to happened to me so I learned to be more efficient especially as a mama of 3.

I pride myself to lead by example and to practice what I preach. On boxing day I did post on my Instagram account that it was time to stock up on. I don't like to buy when I need something. I love deals and I look for things that are n sales all the time. You never know what you can find and when there is a small price to pay even better!

One of the things that have on my list this year is to partner up with different brand and stores especially the ones that I already promoting. Life Dynamite Clothing and Aritzia, Lululemon. It might be a long shot since my Youtube channel is so new and I don't have a big following. But that won't stop me for trying... so this is to be continued

As I am also growing my Instagram I have had Brands reach out to me for me to be their Brand ambassador but you know the online world. You can't believe everything right away you have to do your own research...

This is part 2 of our episode showing you how to save money buying steak in bulk and how to cook the perfect steak using the Sous vide method and also showing how to make yummy dessert with my new Tupperware silicone tray.

My husband has been cooking different kind of meats using this method and I can confidently recommend it. The food that he makes is delicious. A big thank you to him for being the chef at home while I am working on building my business.

Are you guys ready to get your "steak" on!! In this video, my husband and I show you how we cut steak and preserve it.

My dad who was a great and amazing chef taught me that buying steak in bulk is a great idea where you not only save a lot of money but also have a great supply of steak right at your finger tips!

You will notice that I am placing and preserving the meat in a container. This container is air tight and will help keep your steak or any type of meat properly preserved.
