Hello Step friends,
This summer has gotten away from us, and we decided better late than never to do a Step Session. Therefore, this Sunday September 10th from 3pm-4:30 we’ll meet up for some music and fellowship on the Steps of 1735 West Roscoe Street. We would be thrilled for you to join us. Feel free to bring a blanket and a beverage, as the weather looks phenomenal. We’ll be joined by drum legend, George Fludas, and recent Cleveland to Chicago transplant, Joey Skoch on Keyboards. We will also be recording the concert and posting on our Step Sessions Concert Series page. Also please check out our page for any further details, or feel free to email me.
By the way, The Steps Band has a new name, “DC and the Love” in honor of our fearless leader, world class bassist and composer/arranger, Dennis Carroll. The band has really evolved into something special, from where started on the original Steps. We are sincerely thankful to you, our original fans.
Check out our new youtube page for some recent videos of the band performing at our thursday night venue, Buzzed By Zea (3707 N Halsted)
