Our body's cells need what they need

Our body's cells can't use what they don't need
(Even if you unknowingly allow that stuff to be delivered to them)

And will work to get rid of what they can't use
And then try to repair the damage it has done to certain cells.

And only then, when all that clean up and repair is done

Will our body's cells get back to working the way they work
To keep us alive and thriving.
