I just can't put into words how soul quenching and life affirming it was to play with the Woodford Folk Festival Fire Event Band last night. The energy in the amphitheatre as it filled was indescribably positive and powerful. To create music alongside the Woodford Folk Festival Choir, plus such beautiful and talented people as Kacey Patrick, Mal Webb, Kylie Morrigan, Eric Avery and more names I can't remember (thanks to post festival blur) is something I will never forget. Let's do it again in 12 months!

Pretty damn pleased to announce that I will be playing bass in the musical accompaniment for the closing ceremony/fire event at Woodford Folk Festival this year. Great to see the festival coming back, even greater to be part of it
