Our core is our foundation for movement! Keeping our core strong can keep our body aligned and minimize the strain on our muscles and joints. A dysfunction in the core can lead to not only issues within the core itself but above and below, right down to how our feet function!

Do you suffer from any of the symptoms above? How is your core strength?

Hey there 👋🏻

My name is Candice! I am a soon to be mom of 5, home educator, urban homesteader and I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher and Movement Coach specializing in core and pelvic health rehabilitation.

I am passionate about empowering women to take back control of their bodies, reconnect their mind and body, gain core strength, achieve ideal pelvic function and learn to move efficiently and exercise optimally without pain.

After years of dealing with chronic pain, trying several exercise programs, many visits to manual therapists and coaches. I felt like I wasn’t getting anywhere and sometimes left in more pain.

I started practicing yoga 11 years ago and became fascinated with human movement, alignment, posture, breathing and common compensation patterns found in the body. This helped me reduce my pain, gain strength in my body and the ability to keep up with my kids and hobbies!

Through this process of healing my body, I discovered my passion for teaching women how to recover from core and pelvic dysfunction. I love helping women understand how subtle changes in alignment, movement, and breath can influence their overall health.

I am so excited to be starting this page to share the information I have learned over the years and help other women that are struggling too!

Do you struggle with any core/pelvic floor issues? Diastasis? Low back or hip pain? Incontinence/leaking? Loss of core connection?
