I'm going to dedicate the rest of this challenge to a mini series dedicated to the above title.

Self exploration is a never-ending journey. It's like a spiral. We keep coming back to the same lessons in different suits until we transcend them. And when we think we have transcened those lessons, we're faced with different complexities.

Why does this matter? Because we matter. I believe we're here for a purpose, a reason. The space within ourselves will help us clarify and distil our essence.

I often work wet on wet, but I'm quite enjoying the process of allowing the various layers to dry, it allows me to see the dried colour better and make adjustments accordingly.

Inspired by a family of 4. 🌟

This piece felt like a little moment in time, a little passage, to slip away into. Perfect for the overwhelm of life, to find a moment of stillness and tranquillity, resting deep within the spul and heart of nature💕✨️

This has such a magical, whimsical feel to it. The brush strokes big and expressive, with such ease and grace. Nestled in it, smaller, and more thoughtful strokes of the brush. Whilst painting it, I thought of you .wilk, a delightful little elemental being in human form, adding beauty wherever you go 🌸♥️✨️🪷💓🦚🐞🪻💋

What do you see?

Lately I've really been enjoying the freedom of watercolour! It just flows so effortlessly and is so much fun to play with. The colours just melt together in a one glorious pot of joy. It just stirs up that good good inside my soul🌈🌟🥰

This was a special A4 piece for a friend 🌿♥️💕 it's reflective of her love. Its like a golden sun that sits on the ocean. The ocean carries the golden reflection for miles and miles and miles beyond what the eye itself can see💓
It's so special to gift someone something so personal that speaks to the essence of their being💕🌍🌊🦋
I am truly grateful for the gift of sharing and reflecting the divinity of another back to them.

Take a deep breath in and come into your center. Put your hand on your belly and your other on your heart. Now breathe, bringing awareness unto your body. Feel your connection to yourself. Give yourself permission to embody all that you are and all that you are yet to be. Set an intention of what you'd like right now.

Thank yourself. You've done so much. Gone through so much 💓 but look at you in all your brilliance! I love you💓 I may not know you personally, but I feel you and all your divinity and I cannot, not love you!

To gauge your level of consciousness observe your emotions for a week. Notice how much of your day is spent feeling certain emotions. How much of each hour, how much of each minute. Then find the average of the emotions to help you understand where you are and where you want to be.

We have the ability to shift our frequency based on the emotions we choose to experience. 💓

Stippling. What a meditative activity.

I used to remember thinking that stippling was such a waste of time when I could do the exact same think in a couple of brush strokes.

Just today have I come to appreciate how and this simple mindless activity can be. This is the perfect activity to turn into a mindfulness and use it as a practice.

Consider daily mindless activities that can be transformed into mindful activities. Notice how your body reacts to this simple change💓

Feelings can be more challenging to truly identify when I reply a how are you with a casual 'I'm good'. And that's fine.
Becoming so accustomed to that response, I realised that I forget how to identify my emotions!
A friend shared this wheel with me. It really made me stop and think. Our feelings are an indication of how we experience and perceive situations. Understanding our feelings help us understand our truth. If we go beyond our initial response to a situation and genuinely acknowledge how we feel will we start accessing our truth.
