DMV Wedding Venue Contract for Sale

ISO bride & groom looking for a venue in the DMV area! My husband and I are selling our full-service Gold Package contract with Gala Cuisine at the gorgeous Raspberry Plain Manor in Leesburg, VA. The contract was signed in January 2019 prior to the pandemic at a significantly lower rate (20% discount received at signing).

Date of event: Currently slated for July 2, 2022, the contract can be adjusted to any available date in 2022 & 2023; pricing is based on a minimum guest count of 200 and includes full event space and equipment rentals, tableware items, in-house catering, banquet services and equipment, and non-alcoholic beverages.
