Look how beautiful my new baby nephew is- my nephew is a daddy and & are so amazing parents. I’m officially feeling old as a great auntie now. Welcome to this crazy family Bodhi. We love you so much already. Auntie Katie can’t wait to squeeze you so so tight at the weekend and sing you to sleep with my Mariah Carey like voice 😂 and looks like Beyoncé 😂 not to mention how excited my two kiddies are to be big cousins to you. Thank you Jake and Kate for bringing Bodhi into our lives. He’s perfect in every way

All rid of lurgy’s and spots and headed to Nanny’s bench, made the most of the beautiful weather with a dip in Diana memorial fountain and a walk to find Alan Rickman’s bench, which isn’t too far from mums ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I wish I could say half term was amazing but it was far from.
Working from home has its perks a lot of the time but can be so tough when it’s school holidays and I hadn’t booked time off. Im living with a pr***en Kevin and Perry and a sassy and very stroppy 5 year old. Roll on Pauls summer shifts 🙌🏼

Seeing in my second new year without you. My beautiful mummy. Learning to cope with life when you’re not in it, comes with lots of challenges but despite that, 2022 has had some lovely memories too. I know that you would beaming and screen shotting all the pictures of us in Florida. Wanting constant updates. I know you would love watching Matilda trying to cartwheel and bend in various places and you would love hearing how incredible H is doing at school.

A few Christmas Day piccies. A huge whirlwind. We say this every year but we spend months organising, writing lists and stressing and within 20 mins, it’s all torn across the living room floor. This year the kiddies did so so well, very lucky children. Paul and I on the other hand we’re grateful to feel well enough to get out of bed.

We had lots of fun at with Thea and Harrison 🥰😍

Today we woke late, had a swim and headed to The boardwalk (Harrison wanted to stay back with his cousins) . It was super hot so we changed our plans and headed to Hollywood studios on the skyline. We did a few things for Matilda that Harrison wouldn’t be fussed about missing. Disney Jnr, frozen sing a long -again, met Olaf, had a wonder into toy story land and did slinky and aliens. Headed back home in time for family drinks and pizza 😍

Our first day in Magic Kingdom. It was a very chilled out afternoon. Leisurely walk around the park and the shops, headed to Buzz for our first ride. Then space mountain. Matilda was tall enough so she joined us and came off jumping in excitement. We then headed to laugh floor, which we all love. Got an amazing spot for the fireworks and the utilised the 1.5 after. Managed to see Cinderella, Elena of Avalor, Tiana (absolutely amazing!) and Rapunzel all 5 min waits.. would definitely recommend that if you want to meet the princesses.
Headed to Peter Pan, it’s a small world, Mickeys Philharmagic and Matilda and I jumped on the carousel. That was a sight to see. A plus size lady mounting a horse 🤪🤪🤪 headed home and was asleep before our heads hit the pillow.

Happy 7th wedding anniversary to my best friend. 7 years married and almost 18 years together. I would love to do this day all over again, Very little I would change. Marrying you was easy for me, my best friend. The way you put all three of us first, how sensitive you are and protective. How hard you work and fun you are. The laughs we have had throughout the years and of course arguments too. Life has been so hectic these past few years that we don’t seem to get a chance to catch our breath but days like today, I sit back and think of the 100’s of times you’ve held my hand through some of the darkest days. We have shared our own losses together and issues that some couples will have never been through. Yet, in another life, I would still pick you if fate dealt us the same hand. Love you always .

1st day of primary school v’s last 😭😭😭😭😭 my heart can’t take it! 😍

The day my mum passed away I went outside for a breather while we were waiting for the inevitable. I sat on a bench outside the hospital and looked down and saw these crocheted hearts. Later as my mum fell asleep forever, I gave her one and kept the other. I made sure that the hospital kept them in her hands. When I went to visit mum before her funeral, true to their word they had. So I swapped mine over with hers. So she had the ones that I had held tight during the hardest part of my life and I now had hers. Every so often, like today I just hold them so tight. Knowing that she has the other two. Tomorrow is the second birthday without her. Probably a harder one. Life really does stink sometimes. Love you mum.

Hey beautiful . How how it been 2 years?. When people idolise their “heroes” that are footballers or actors, I sit and think about my heroes…. You my darling, will always be. You never moaned, you were always strong and you just radiated positivity and even with rubbish news you had big future plans, sometimes I would think “how can she be like this?” But that was you. What an incredible way to be!
We couldn’t ever feel sad or sorry for you when we were with you because your strength was incredible.
Every day I feel guilty that loosing my mum a year after you, took over my daily thoughts but you are always there also. I will miss you always our super strong positive friend. ❤️❤️❤️

Im not emotionally ready for tomorrow, although I know that our super feisty, free, angel girl is sooooooo ready. Big day. School place. 🥰

We met on the set of Friends. I was Monica’s stand in and he was chandlers body double. We lost contact when he went on to Tanzania to invent a cure for the common cold and I was living the high life, in and out of rehab and a long list of celeb relationships, most commonly Rege Jean Page. After finishing filming the last movie in the trilogy Fifty shades alongside ex husband Jamie Dornan, we met for a drink and married July 25th 2015… two beautiful children, lots of ups and downs and 16 years together. We are one of the most notorious celebrity couples to survive a marriage.

Happy Father’s Day Paul. Harrison & Matilda are so lucky to have you as their daddy. Thank you for working so hard. For commuting almost 4 hours every day so that we can make memories in our new beautiful home. Thank you for being a comedian, a tickler, a monster, a bouncy castle, a cook, cleaner, a builder, a games master and an overall amazing father figure for our children to look up too. 😍❤️

Happy Father’s Day to my amazing dad. I’ve never needed you more than ever this year, you’ve shown us all just how strong you are and we are so proud of you.
