I had fun writing my new book, The Jealousy Factor, a mystery in which Rachel confronts her turbulent past. It starts when she is startled to encounter the woman she believes murdered her former lover, Ian, twelve years earlier. Released from prison, Leigh vehemently claims her innocence, arguing that the true poisoner remains at large. Reluctantly, Rachel agrees to assist her in her search for the real culprit and finds herself immersed in the world of the play where Ian was fatally poisoned during a live performance.

I loved Iona Rosewood's new book, just released on Amazon and highly recommend it if you are a fan of magical realism. I enjoyed the initially skeptical main character and was intrigued by her attempts to learn magic spells to try to control and escape from an alternate reality.

I have started posting episodes of a story called The Walking People. It is about a girl who discovers that she is descended from Irish Travelers, sometimes called Gypsies. I had fun with this - the writing, that is, but I always find the publishing part challenging.
This is about a 24 year-old who lives in New York but finds to her great surprise that she has inherited the house in Ireland where her grandmother grew up. She sets off on an adventure . and discovers secrets, not all pleasant, about her grandmother's past.
