As the fall season approaches, we're excited to spend time at one of our projects on the south end of the island - The Bank's transformation into Hilton Head's lively Beer Garden! We're proud to have played a part in creating a must-visit destination for both locals and visitors. Cheers to a successful collaboration and many memorable gatherings ahead!

We gathered at one of our commercial job sites, where the heart and soul of our work truly come to life. It was a great experience for our entire company to witness the dedication, precision, and hard work that's going into Benny's Coastal Kitchen – a project we're incredibly proud to be a part of.

We're thrilled to share the latest progress at Benny's Coastal Kitchen! The exterior EIFS is now complete, giving the building its coastal identity. Roofing for the second-floor bar is in its final stages, offering stunning views. The MEP/S rough-ins are nearing completion which is a significant milestone, as it signifies the integration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural elements within the building. Up next for our team is the glass installation which will create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. As the General Contractor, we are proud of how the building is taking shape. Stay tuned for more updates as Benny's Coastal Kitchen transforms into a unique dining destination on Hilton Head Island.

Yesterday was a special day for our team at Shoreline Construction as we hosted the summer interns from at our job site for the future Ma Daisy's Porch with . This exciting endeavor involves the repurposing of a historic building in Old Town, working hand in hand with our partners, and , we have embarked on a journey to breathe new life into this treasured piece of history. Our mission is twofold - to carefully deconstruct and reconstruct the building while preserving its essence and paying homage to its rich heritage.

Guided by the expertise of Director of Deconstruction, Katie Fitzhugh from we learned yesterday the valuable lessons in preserving historical structures and the significance of sustainable practices.

Collaboration has been key in this project, as we work closely with the and to ensure that Ma Daisy's Porch not only becomes a functional space but also stands as a testament to our commitment to historic preservation.
