I made this a few years ago for my bug loving daughter. I think now is the right time to share it again.

Here's what I created with the peacock fabric (backing) and coordinates on the front.
My next project, all from what I already have. Not sure on pattern yet tho.
From winter to spring in 1 day. Wish it worked like that in real life!
This top was a block of the month that's been finished for awhile too. Quilted it over Christmas break with a leaf pattern and put the binding on this morning.
All the tops I quilted over break are now completely finished. Such a good feeling.
This quilt top has been done for 5-6 years now. Perfect weekend to finish it!
It's laying on top of other quilts, so ignore anything that's not dark blue. Lol
Three more tops quilted. Only 2 more to go, plus the patriotic quilt top I made on Christmas day. But that's not been waiting years, so it doesn't count. Lol
Another quilt top done. This is a wall hanging with a class project in the middle. I quilted dinosaur tracks around the border and some custom free motion designs on the inside.
Just finished quilting my 2nd top in the last few days. 5 more tops of my own to quilt and I'll be all caught up. Planning a busy Christmas break. Lol
These are the same pattern from Brown Bag Mystery 2023. The right one is Tula Pink fabrics from Thimbles quilt shop. The one on the left is from fabrics I had to match the tropical fish border.
All the vendors are ready for everyone's Christmas shopping! Show is 8-12 today. There's also a pancake breakfast and dance show at the high school. Plus lots of great activities around Peotone all day.
Peotone's Christmas in the Village is tomorrow December 9. SkillsUSA craft show is at the high school 8am - Noon. Great shopping and vendors plus a whole list of other activities all day long!
Found the perfect fabrics to go with my little landscape. Here's the finished top. I still need to quilt it, but it will need a new home when done. Nice wall hanging for that empty wall space you have. 😉
Finished stitching this mini landscape quilt from one of my online classes earlier this month. Not sure how to finish it up with borders though.
My next online class is Morse Code quilts. This one says Friends are like flowers. Just have to make many more rows.
On vacation this week and today was 1st of 2 online quilting classes. This is the result of Bold Landscapes with Vicki Conley. Not sewn together, but I like the techniques.
Hope to see you there!
