There's a lot I want to get out.
finding and keeping something/someone to bring my being back to earth and hold me down plays a major role in my well-being.
i was reminded today to keep a close eye on who i consider to be friend or foe.
sometimes you just feel like you need to talk to someone or even text just to get through the day.
as played down as it is, mental health is no matter to be looked over.
