Egg Crust Cheese Pizza☺️

Ingredients:
Crust:
5 large Eggs
Toppings:
1 pack Pizza sauce
2 pcs Spiced Ham
2pcs Sausage/Hotdog
1 small White onion
1 small Bell peppers green
1cup Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Quick melt cheese
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese
Prep:
1. Slice spiced ham, hotdog, whote onions, bell peppers, topping size (up to you how much you want to put).
2. Beat eggs. In a metal frying pan (all metal pati handle), heat 1tbsp of coconut oil. Fry egg omelette style.
Cook the egg until the bottom of the omelette solidifies. Switch off the flame.
3. You will notice that the egg is still liquid, thats ok. Add pizza sauce around the egg.
Add spiced ham, hotdogs, onions, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, quick melt cheese and mozzarella cheese -in that order.
4. On a pre-heated oven (170deg C) put frying pan with the Egg pizza inside and set time to 25mins. (Hence the all metal pan)
5. Check your pizza from time to time.
The egg will expand and toppings will brown. Pizza perfectly cooked at about 25mins. Make sure not to over cook it or make the topping too brown.
