ANNUAL PECAN FESTIVAL OF GEORGIA NEXT SATURDAY, OCTOBER 22...
The Annual Pecan Festival of Georgia sponsored by the Exchange Club of Blackshear is scheduled for next Saturday, October 22. The event will be held at the Blackshear City Park from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Some of the entertainment will include the PCMS Blue Wave Band, Appling Show Choir, Blue Diamond Dancers, Dancers on Main, South GA Cheer, Excite Twirlers and Karate-South. There will also be several arts and crafts vendors, food vendors, the Georgia State Pecan Pie Contest and much more!
Admission to the festival is FREE. There will also be arm bands available for purchase to get unlimited access to MOST rides hosted by HBR Inflatables. There is an additional cost for Meltdown, Mechanical Bull and the Train (Please see attached for more information).
