Another great tournament with ASABFA today on Neely Henry Lake. Fishing conditions weren’t the greatest, but the boys stuck it out and ended up with some great fish! Proud of these boys, our coach, captains and awesome parents who show up and make this all possible! Of course the boys love to catch fish, but they’re learning so much more each and every tournament out on the water. Their team mama couldn’t be prouder of them and I think us parents have as much fun as they do! 😊💙🎣❤️

ATTENTION Elkmont Anglers!!!!!!! Fishing meeting THIS SUNDAY at the Citizen’s Bank Building in Elkmont @ 4pm.

Please do your best to be there if you’re interested in fishing with us this year. We have lots to discuss! Parents are welcome to come and learn more about our team 🎣

We will be having a team meeting NEXT SUNDAY, Sept 25th!!

We are having a difficult time securing a time/location at the school so the meeting will more than likely take place at the bank room or Rural Village office in Elkmont. As soon as I know for sure I will update here!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do your best to be there if you’re planning to fish with us this year or even if you’re not sure and have other questions.

Also, if you know any high school age boys who might be interested in fishing, please share. We could really use another senior boat (meaning grades 9-11).

EHS students- we desperately need more high school anglers! We’ve had a great response from middle schoolers, but could really use some older kids to keep the team going!

If you know a student between 9-12 grade who would like to be a part of our awesome team, please message us! We have so much fun and can’t wait to see how much these Elkmont Anglers have improved this year!

First Meeting of the year will be THIS COMING MONDAY August 22nd at 1:00 at the school.

If your student is interested in fishing with us, please have them attend this meeting! We will be giving out a lot of information and signing up new Elkmont Anglers! Students must be in grades 6-12 to participate.

Also, if you or someone you know is interested in being a captain, please have them contact me for more info! We could definitely use more boats this year!

Our junior anglers are having a great time fishing the ASABFA Classic at Neely Henry today! Both boats have fish in the boat and a few more hours to catch before weigh in! Way to go, fellas!
