If you are finding C*B*D at a lower price point, ask these two questions...
1. Where is it sourced from?
✴️Did you know that 8️⃣0️⃣% YES 8️⃣0️⃣%, of the product on the market are sourced from China!! China uses h**p for their air quality...imagine all the pesticides, toxins, metals, mold absorbed into that plant and being made into C*B*D and you are buying it cause it is "cheaper". 🤢🤮

Turkey, Bacon and Avocado Taquitos
Ingredients:
*6 slices mozzarella cheese
*3 slices deli turkey
*3 slices cooked bacon
*1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat.
Place the mozzarella slices on the silicone baking sheet. Bake 5-7 minutes.
When the edges have browned and the cheese is bubbly remove from the oven.
Allow them to cool about 1 minute, just so they cool enough you can handle, but still very pliable.
Place the deli turkey, cooked bacon and avocado slice on one side and tightly roll them up, seam side down.
Serve with ranch!

This is probably my easiest and favorite hack! Awesome with lots of dips!
Brush or spray with oil a cut up low carb tortilla and add some seasoning of your choice then bake! ⭐ 350 for about 7 to 10 mins!

🥓🥬🍅 BLT Rolls Ups
INGREDIENTS:
*12 pieces of bacon
*2 tomatoes, chopped
*½ a head of romaine lettuce, chopped
*1 avocado, chopped
*¼ cup mayonnaise
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
2. Arrange your bacon into a “basket weave” formation on your broiling pan, as shown. Cook in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
3. Allow bacon to cool and drain slightly on the broiling pan for about 5 minutes. Dab the bacon with a paper towel to remove any grease.
4. Spread mayonnaise over the bacon base.
5. Sprinkle the bacon with lettuce, tomatoes and avocado.
6. Starting at the far end of the bacon square, roll up the bacon tightly so the ingredients within it stay inside.
7. When you’ve created a rolled-up cylinder, cut it into six servings.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Can use thick-cut bacon in this recipe, but thin-sliced bacon rolls up just as beautifully. However, you may need to cut the cook time down by three to five minutes for thinner bacon, so it doesn’t get too crispy.

I always have Quest taco chips on hand...love them! Cut top off of bag, crush chips, add meat, cheese, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce...any toppings you want!
Don't cut to far down or you won't have enough room for all the goodies!

I wanted to share my story and how I started this low carb/healthier me lifestyle! To do this...I have to start at the beginning and share where I came from and some of the hurdles along the way. Yup it's a tad long. 😉🤣
I've struggled most of my life with being overweight. I was addicted to junk and sugar...constantly just eating to eat not because I was hungry but because it seemed to fill a void. 🕳
When I was 1️⃣6️⃣ I had scoliosis surgery which limited my mobility and caused me to have lots of back pain. In my mid 2️⃣0️⃣'s I had half my thyroid removed due to my doctor finding a nodule. I was then placed on Levothyroxine. This did not seem to help my exhaustion and I was constantly tired!
Fast forward to my mid 3️⃣0️⃣'s where they found another nodule on the last half of my thyroid so we removed the rest and I was placed on 175mcg of Levothyroxine (which is a very high dose). Still exhausted all the time, I asked my doctor to increase my meds or to help figure out why I wanted to sleep ALL DAY! He said my levels were good so there was nothing more to do. I felt defeated and was scared that this was my life...to live tired every day...having zero energy to live life and be a present mom to my girls Alicia & Madison.
Fast forward to the end of January 2020...9 days before I turned 4️⃣0️⃣ I gave birth to my twins, Rylan & Connor. Ended up with pre-eclampsia and was put on high blood pressure meds. Once we were home, it was so hard to take care of them due to my exhaustion. Not only because I was an older mom with twins but I knew there was no way my levels from the lack of a thyroid were good. Doctors were not helping so I had to find some other way to help myself!
I was so sick of laying around and wanting to sleep...ALL 👏 THE 👏 TIME, hated looking at myself since I was the heaviest I've ever been...was just disgusted with the person I had become! I hated looking at my twins feeling like a useless and lazy mom. 😴😢
They deserved better...I deserved better!! I WAS DONE LIVING THIS WAY!!
I started eating low carb and following different groups for recipes and tips. I knew strict keto wasn't going to work for me since I hate tracking and counting. I've tried many other "diets" throughout my life and that was never sustainable for me. 🙅♀️
I stumbled upon a group where the admin was drinking ketones along with eating low carb. I thought it was a joke and another "THING" and stayed for the recipes and info she gave. I was still watching though. 👀
My weight was coming off...slowly which I was ok with but I was still exhausted! I watched this mom of 2 with tons of energy and this love for life with envy wishing I had that! 😭
After a month+ of STALKING this mom I decided what the hell...I'm giving it a shot. I've already tried everything else (pills💊, WW, shakes🥤, meals, etc) what's ONE MORE!
If this didn't work I was afraid I would be fat & exhausted for the rest of my life! That thought scared me more than coming up with the money to try this "SCIENCE" 🧬 out that she was sharing!
I used the money I use to spend on Starbucks, fast food and junk food at the grocery store and invested it in MYSELF! As a mom of 4...that was not easy for me to do. I had always put myself last but I knew in order to be the best mom I could be...I had to put myself 1st for a change! 🤩

One of my favorite snacks! If you are like me you have WAY to many cucumbers from your garden! Cut one up, add cream cheese and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning!

AIR FRYER KETO/LOW CARB BACON CHEDDAR ZUCCHINI BITES 🥓
My 13 year old made these up and they are AMAZING!
INGREDIENTS:
* bacon
* zucchini slices
* butter
* seasonings (pepper, garlic powder)
* cheese (optional)
STEPS:
1. Sauté zucchini slices in butter and seasonings. (Does not have to be long you still want them firm. They will soften in air fryer.)
2. Lay bacon flat and wrap up a zucchini slice. Repeat for the number of bites you want.
3. Add cheese on top if using.
4. Place bites in air fryer and cook at 350 for 15+ mins. (Until you reach desired crispness on bacon.) ENJOY!!

Had a great mommy/daughter day with Madison! Went to breakfast and got pedis! Had to take a day of PTO but it was worth it! I plan on being able to spend tons of time with them and not miss any moments!
Soon I won't need to worry about PTO...I'll be able to do whatever I want on my own schedule. 🥰

One of my favorite protone protein shakes is the Dark Chocolate PRO with frozen raspberries! The combinations are endless! This fills me up, gives me energy, puts me into ketosis and tastes like a dessert! 🍨
*1 cup ice
*2 cups unsweetened nut milk (I like Macadamia or coconut)
*1 packet Dark Chocolate PRO
*handful frozen berries
Blend and enjoy! If you want it thinner reduce the amount of ice since berries are frozen as well.
Kitchen Hack: Need to quickly soften butter from the fridge? Put a glass that had hot water in it over the top. Let it sit for about 15 to 20 minutes and should be good to go!
Happy Thursday Everyone! I spent many many years making myself miserable. Now I chose strength and feeling better! Which do you pick?
Beautiful and busy day today! Walked around the garden festival for over 2 hours and thankfully the boys didn't get crabby in the stroller! The old me wouldn't have wanted to go out and walk around that long. I would have felt uncomfortable and tired. It is so different now! I no longer miss out on the memories! Best part was no pain since my inflammation is gone and I'm 66lbs lighter. 💪
The boys crashed early in their highchairs while eating dinner. I agreed to a sleepover so I have 3 teenage girls in my house...wish me luck! 🤣 Now it's time to enjoy a fire and some adult beverages. These are the days that I love and I'm so thankful I took this chance on me and finally made myself and my health a priority! ❤

Before I started taking care of myself I was overweight, exhausted, had zero confidence and needed a hip replacement. I couldn't do the things I enjoyed like gardening and taking walks. Honestly it was a struggle just to walk around the house and do simple day to day things!
I've lost 66lbs so far and had my left hip replaced in October 2020 (the weight loss and energy really helped my recovery)and I can finally enjoy the things in life I've been missing!
Take the chance on yourself! You deserve it and it is so worth it! I've honestly never felt better and love the energy I have to do ALL the things and the pain is gone! If you are putting your surgery off...don't. Enjoy it all now!
This bread turned out great! I topped it with some of the cinnamon sugar (brown swerve) and ate it with a little butter! Connor kept wanting more so it has to good! 😁
Keto Cinnamon Bread 🍞
INGREDIENTS:
*1 ¼ cup Almond Flour
*¼ cup Coconut Flour
*1 teaspoon Baking Powder
*1/3 cup Brown Erythritol
*1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
*¼ cup Butter, melted
*3 Eggs
*1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre-heat oven to 350F. Line a loaf pan with parchment.
Stir together brown erythritol and cinnamon powder in a bowl. Set aside.
Whisk together eggs, butter, and vanilla in a bowl.
Blend in almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.
Add the cinnamon sugar and swirl in gently with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Optionally top with more cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 30 minutes.
