Hey everyone! With the fall season here, it’s time to start thinking about hearty recipes and dinners! I made mashed potatoes the other night and loved using my potato masher. Does your current potato masher fit in your kitchen drawer??? Well this one does because it folds! YUP! It folds for easy storage! I’ve been challenged to sell 10 of them! I had the privilege of helping today for a wedding reception , which was outdoors! Yup! Cooking my freshly made pizza dough in a wood burning pizza oven. It was a long day. Made over 50 pizzas which were served through the entire time of the party. Loved hearing all of the positive feedback!

How it all started...
I got the idea one night while watching Jimmy Fallon make challah with Hugh Jackman on Zoom during the quarantine. Jimmy said he got the dough from someone and all he had to do was braid it.
I have done several challah baking workshops utilizing my recipe for the dough and people just love it. So, I ran the idea through some of my family and friends, who liked the idea. So this pandemic has turned an idea into a small home-based business. After a couple of weeks of making Challah, I decided to offer pizza dough! That was a huge success and many families have turned this small idea I had into a weekly tradition! I love seeing everyone’s creations. That is why I love the food business!
I was talking to a few customers and they were sick and tired of cooking and suggested I start offering other things. I am starting off small with some summertime cold soups and seasonal summer salads to go along with the dough. Let me take the hard work out and get you one step closer to having some delicious food!
