Ms. Poonam Singh, Assistant Commissioner, District Fazilka has worked extensively on spreading awareness among youth against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. She is a youth icon herself while being a State Civil Servant by becoming a PCS officer at the bare age of 23.
She has been constantly encouraging youngsters to become "Officers as against Addicts" . Her message 'SAY YES TO LIFE AND NO TO DRUGS' has been well embraced in the entire state. She is a true inspiration for 'Youngistan' of the district Fazilka in the Fight Against Drugs.
