The full moon is a time for reflection, like looking into a mirror, we can use this event to gain perspective on our lives and ourselves.

This November moon is known as the beaver moon because the beavers are now actively preparing for winter after building up their dams and storing food. It is sometimes also referred to as the Frosty Moon for obvious reasons 🥶

This morning, is a perfect time to dust off your journal or meditate while reflecting on 2022.

Ask your self if you are prepared for the next two months?
What do you need most right now?
What happened in 2022 that you are thankful for? What happened in 2022 that needs healing or release so that you don't take it into 2023?
Are there any changes you can implement in the next couple months to close out this year in celebration?

Be honest with your reflections and allow any feelings that need to come up to surface. Send them blessing and release them. This is your time!
