I used to just sit and dwell on my money problems, thinking that I could somehow change or solve them by worrying about them.

I actually felt irresponsible if I wasn't dwelling on my problems.

It was almost as if a voice in my head was saying "Make sure you don't relax. You can't just sit back and be calm, stress TF out and solve this sh*t already."

All I was doing was making things worse.

It wasn't until I learned how to look at my reality a new way that things began to change for me.

During my childhood and parts of my adult life, it felt normal and natural for me to deal with a lack of money...

Bills were always late.
Utilities getting cut off.
Never having extra, just barely getting by.

Then I discovered that there was a "blueprint" in my thinking that was creating all of the money problems I was having...

A mentor of mine told me,
"KIM, YOU ARE WHERE YOUR ATTENTION IS."

and it was like those words snapped me out of the worry-trance I was stuck in, and shook me awake again.

I realized, wow...I really do think about these problems ALL DAY LONG.

I learned that removing my attention from my "problem" is the first step in dissolving it.

Placing my attention on what I DID want, is next.

Expressing gratitude for the things I was taking for granted drastically changed my circumstances when I stayed committed to making it a part of my "way of BEing".

He told me, "The quality of your life is equal to the quality of the questions you ask yourself everyday."

So I started asking "how can I pay for this?" "What would it FEEL like if this issue was solved?"

I began limiting the time I spend thinking + worrying about my debt, bills and money constraints and shifted my energy into getting creative and receptive to new ideas to generate income.

Think about it...if you're spending the majority of the day worrying and stressing, repeating the same thoughts and feelings over and over again in your mind... (causing the same results)

What do you think could change if you limited this "worry time" to just 15 min/day?

I'll tell you: It will change EVERYTHING for you.

Wanted to add a side note here...

I'm not saying to pretend your money problems don't exist (not entirely) but to limit the amount of energy you give to your current money situation.

Your attention is a creative currency.

Where you place it, will magnify and perpetuate whatever you invest it into. It's like a fertilizer for the garden of your reality. The ideas and inspiration you need to solve your problems exist on a frequency that can't be accessed when you're stressed out or worried.

You have to rise above your problems energetically and consciously to become receptive to the solution you need. Just like Einstein said "A problem cannot be solved at the same level of consciousness that it was created in."
