Glycerine is the go-to product for all the people with dry skin. It is even medically proven to help your minute rashes, irritation, or skin burns.
For oily skin, one can simply add a few drops of 'Gulabjal' (rose water) or aloe vera gel. You could mix the two, and try applying the mixture every night for a week and notice the difference on your skin. NOTE: All you need is ONE drop of Glycerine and that would be enough. Do you not apply too much of the product or that could land you with some unnecessary breakouts. A balance of everything is indeed beneficial, and this one is cost-effective, and personally my favourite. Gone are the days when you need expensive serums just to gain that shine before applying makeup or simply going out. Because in the end, natural is the best! Isn't it? What do you put on your face? How long did it take you to find your system? Is your foundation liquid or powder? Is the powder pressed or loose? Do you prefer lip gloss, lipstick, or just plain balm? Throughout our lives as a woman, we are faced with the multiple long aisles of makeup that we have to choose from. I admit I'd get pretty overwhelmed whenever I needed more makeup, and I hardly ever tried anything new.
The problem with using new products is that you never know what you're going to get. Will it break you out? Will the color work for you? Is it worth spending $15 on? You also don't get to try the product before you buy it unless you know someone who has it. Before I discovered my system, I didn't know anything about skincare or makeup even though I thought I did. Most of the time my face was darker than my neck because I couldn't get my shade right. It also made me super oily, I'd break out all the time, and it would wear off to the point where you could tell I was wearing it.
Styling your hair can be as simple as washing and drying it. However, before you can start styling your hair with the same quality as the salon, you'll need to take the time to learn more about your hair, what it needs, and what it can and cannot do. You'll also need to make sure it is in healthy condition, providing it with adequate moisture and protein; this can be achieved through various hair care products fit for your specific hair type.
Shampoo & Conditioner - Key products in your hair styling toolbox are your shampoo and conditioner. Look for shampoos and conditioners that will cleanse your hair gently and are sulfate-free. Again, it's important to know your hair and what you'll need to choose the best shampoo and conditioner for your tresses. Blow-dryer - There is a wide range of blow-dryers with a lot of fancy features, but what does your hair really need? Choose a hair dryer that's at least 1500 watts. If you have thicker hair, make sure your hairdryer has the capability for higher wattage. Brush - Your hairbrush is one of the most essential tools in your toolbox. If you walk down the hair aisle, you'll see a wide variety to choose from. Generally, a board brush with natural bristles is the best for most hair types for everyday brushing. If you're a fan of the blowout, invest in a good round brush. Those with curly hair should also add a good wide-tooth comb to tackle those wet curls.
1. Your concealer can only do so much. It cannot heal your under-eye and moisturize it. Use an under-eye moisturizing cream and let your skin absorb it before you apply anything else on your under-eye. This helps prep your skin for the makeup.
2. Be careful with the concealer you pick. You may have picked the right shade but you may have made a mistake with the formula. If you have dry skin, using a dry concealer or a concealer stick may not be such a good idea and cream of liquid-based concealer cannot do the job well for oily skin.
3. Sometimes our concealer cannot make up for the undertones of your skin tone. You might be using the wrong undertone. If you have a pinkish undertone go with a concealer with the similar undertone and if you have a yellow undertone pick a deeper yellow undertone concealer.
