Eating should be something we make deliberate time for. Eating while you're working or eating while you're watching TV can lead to mindless grazing. This week, when you're eating- just eat and not multi-task. You'll be surprised how much you notice.

Not knocking the scale, but there’s a lot of other MAJOR advantages to working out.
How you monitor progress can be done any of these ten ways and, honestly, they’re all really important.
So, don’t get down if the scale isn’t changing. As long as you’re getting stronger, feeling more confident, and daily life activities are getting easier, you’re making amazing progress. Keep it up!

Everybody struggles with workouts. It’s impossible to be perfect.
What matters is that you find the right program for you, trust it, and stay consistent.
If one day you don’t feel great, don’t get down. Instead, celebrate that you got it done. Then get back the next day.
Aim for consistency.

Set goals with conviction and true belief that you can accomplish them. As Napoleon Hill said: "Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve." Don't ever underestimate the power in that. Creating a "Vision Board" can be an incredibly powerful tool to keep you focused on your goals. If you're thinking that it's some silly exercise not worth doing...think again. Some of the most successful people in the world do this every single year. Just don't expect to stare at it without putting in the grit.
Here's a great article on how to create one... http://jackcanfield.com/how-to-create-an-empowering-vision-book/

Who is Coach Paine?

Coach Paine has been in the industry for 10 years. During that time, he has gained valuable skills and resources that can help both young adults and older adults redefine what health means to them. As a father of 3 and work-from-home dad, David understands the value of having a healthy family unit. It all starts with a mindset of positivity. He approaches his work with a light heart. His passion to help others achieve greatness is apparent in the way he treats his clients with respect and patience. He has an ability to find strength where others see only weakness. His skill and passion in nurturing personal relationships is as strong as his love for his children and family.

We beat ourselves up quite a bit without anyone else’s help. Negative thoughts, self-defeating habits and unhealthy behaviors set us up to be our worst enemy. Coach Paine takes a different approach, building you the “throne of honor” you would never dream of building for yourself. Through bright spots and positive affirmations, Coach Paine uses his massive capacity for compassion and patience to help guide you along your health and fitness journey.

Knowing that the path to wellness is never a straight line, Coach understands that there will be slips and falls. However, you should know right away that you are not alone on your journey. With a helping hand and a compassionate heart, Coach allows you to discover your own path and serves as a guide, teaching you how to traverse the terrain with confidence and determination.

Along the way there will be challenges. Do not run away from these challenges, for they are meant to build resilience. It is in the uncomfortable places of our journey that the most growth happens. Be steadfast and keep your sights on your goals. Challenge breads adversity. And as you move through the adversity you become stronger. As you become stronger, you are able to see that the warrior has been there the entire time.
