For the time being I am pausing orders. With starting a new full time job and financially recovering from the past few months I've decided to take a temporary break. I hope to start selling at local farmers markets soon, so keep an eye out!

I'm dubbing this the focca'za. Focaccia with tomato sauce and mozzarella marbled inside during the rising process. Topped with fresh and dried herbs, garlic, parmesan, olive oil and pepperoni. It doesn't get much better than this 🍕 @ Richmond, Virginia

Veggie cheese foccacia now available! These are customizable or I'm happy to offer a few combinations. This one is parmesan, shallot, tomato, rosemary, green onion, parsley, salt pepper garlic. $10.

What would you call these overloaded brownies? Graham cracker crust, brownies, mini marshmallows, pb morsels, pretzels, chocolate. Available now!

Pesto mozzarella brioche rolls were a success! These were amazing dipped in some olive oil or sauce!

I'll be accepting orders starting today- Below is our starting menu while I continue to test out new ideas. I'm also always looking to try new things, so if there's something you'd particularly want, I'd be happy to work with you! No-contact delivery available within a reasonable distance of Lakeside!

Focaccia -$8 - thick (think sandwiches/dipping) or thin (think snacking/ flatbreads)
- Butter & Salt
o Add Garlic
o Add Rosemary
o Add shallots
Challah - $8 (Round or long)
- Plain
- Sesame seed
- Poppy seed

White/ Wheat Loaves ($7)

Rolls- $15 (individual or tear apart) – about 12-15 rolls per order
- Savory
o Pesto mozzarella
o pizza – sauce/ pepperoni/ mozzarella
o caramelized onion & cheddar
- Sweet
o cinnamon buns with cream cheese frosting
o Chocolate ganache
o Chocolate hazelnut
 Add nuts to any above

Triple chocolate chunk cookies – 6, 12, or 24 options ($8/15/28)
- White, dark and milk chocolate chunks with sea salt

Hey guys! Thanks for the love and support!!

While I work on a menu, feel free go suggest anything you'd particularly want! Also hoping to add homemade ice creams to the menu soon.

General ideas:

Yeast breads- foccacia, challah, rolls, white loaves, etc.
Rolls- sweet and savory pull apart or individual rolls
Cupcakes, cookies, and eventually cakes
Dog biscuits, of course!

I'll be taking extreme precautions regarding sanitation, and I've been socially isolating for 21 days at this point.
