breakfast #साबुत मूंग का अप्पे | Breakfast Recipe Gram recipe | Appam Recipe |
Ingredient:
Moong dal(soaked)- 2 cup
Onion(chopped)-1
Ginger(peeled and chopped)- 2 inch
Green chilli-2
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder-1/3 tsp
Cumin seeds-1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder-1/4 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Tomato - 1 (chopped)
Green peas - 1/4 cup
Capsicum - 1 (1/4 cup) grated
Carrot - 1 (1/4 cup) grated
Garlic $ ginger paste-1/2 Tbsp
Salt - less than 1 tsp or as per taste
Green coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Oil - 2 tbsp
For stuffing
Paneer-50gm
Peas/grinded-1/4 Cup
Appam is healthy breakfast dish that is cooked with apx zero oil consumption. Adding green Vegetable in it makes it more healthy. Green Moong is a good source pf protien and easy to digest.This is a healthy recipe of most popular and favorite snack for breakfast. It is not only healthy breakfast but taste so good to eat.
How to Make:
1.Take Mong dal in grinder add some ginger garlic, chilly, cumin seeds and grind it thick.
2. Take batter in a big mixing bowl.
3. Add all the following ingredients into it - chopped tomatoes, green peas, capsicum, green chilly,Carrot, salt and green coriander into it.
4. Mix everything really well.
5.Now preheat appam maker and grease some oil in each mold. Then fill each mold with one tsp batter. Now cover the appam maker with a lid and cook the appam for 2 minutes on low flame.
6.To make stuffed appam take some batter in appam pan mold put stuffing in small qty and add batter on it.
7.When the appams turn golden brown in color, flip the side and let them cook until brown and crispy.
8.Take out the appams in a plate and likewise prepare all the appams.
9.Serve these healthy and mouth watering appams steaming hot with chutney like green coriander chutney or coconut chutney.

Ingredients:
Pomegranate/Anaar - 01 No.
Papaya /Papita- 100 Gm
Musk melon/Kharbuja 100 Gm
Water Melon/Tarbuj100 gm
Almonds/Badam 4-5
Walnut/Akhrot 2-3
Flaxseed/Alsi- 1 tbs
White sesame Seeds/Til -1Tbs
Musk melon/Kharbuja seeds -1Tbs
Water Melon/Tarbuj seeds -1Tbs
Pumpkin seeds -1Tbs
Curd/Dahi-1/2 Cup
Milk Cream- 50Gm
Pink Salt-1/2 Tbs
Black pepper Powder-1/2 Tbs
Honey-1 tbs
Direction:
First of all cut the fruits in desire shape and then take a large Bowl and add all Fruits and add Curd and Cream, Add Pink Salt and Black pepper Powder as you required and add Flaxseed and other seeds mix it well. Your Diet Fruit Salad is ready.

Healthy Sandwich with Curd

Your children shall also love it. This is the way by which you can feed them green vegetable and curd in a smarter way.
1 Cup curd
4 Brown bread
1 Onion Chopped
2 fresh cucumber chopped
1 tomatto Chopped
1 chopped Carrot
50 Gm- Half boiled Sweet corn
50 Gm Half Boiled Peas
50 Gm Paneer Small Cubes
Fresh coriander leaves
Mint Leaves
2 tbsp Butter
Black Salt and black pepper

Take all Chopped Vegetables In Bowl
Add some Salt, Red Chilly, Chilly Flakes
Add 1 Cup of thick Curd
Mix well all the material
Take One slice of Brown Bread
spread this Material on Slice
Put another Slice over it
Add a little bit butter on Tawa/Pan
Put flame on medium
Put the Sandwich on Pan
Toss it both side till it make some crunchy
Take it out and cut in a shape of triangle
Serve it with Red Tomato Sause.
Now your homemade healthy snacks ,vegetable paneer sandwich recipe is ready. Enjoy and hope you will it. it is low fat diet so don't bother about health and weight.

मुठिया कम तेल में बना बहोत ही टेस्टी नाश्ता
Ingredients:
Medium - Lauki /Bottleguard
2 -cloves of garlic cloves finely chopped
2-3 Green chilies finely chopped
Dhaniya /Coriander leaves
Adrak/Grated ginger a small piece
Namak/salt
1 - Tea spoon sugar/Shakkar
1- Tsp Haldi/Turmeric powder
2 Tsp Dhaniya Powder/ Coriander powder
2- Fresh Lime juice/Lemon/Nimbu
1 - Cup wheat Flour/ Atta
1/2 Cup oats
1/2 Cup besan /Chickpeas flour/gram flour
1 1/2 Oil
1 TSP -Whit Til/White seasame seeds
1/2 TSP- Asafoetida/Hing
Fresh green curry leaves/Karhi Patta
Recipe/Method to cook Muthiya-
Step 1-
Boil a pot of water and over it place the greased sieve on the top and cover it with a lid
Step 2-
Grate Lauki/bottle gaurd upto where you can see seeds; then don’t grate further.
Step3-
In a bowl mix Grated Lauki with wheat flour, gram flour, coriander & cumin seed powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, sugar, ginger & chili paste, lemon juice, oil, coriander leaves, and salt
No need to add water.
Step 4-
Apply oil to your palm and make cylindrical roll of the dough and place it on the greased sieve and let it steam for 20 -25 minutes
Step 5-
Let them cool down completely and then chop them into thin slices of your desired shape.
Step 6-(optional)
Heat some oil, add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, curry leaves, red chilies and add the muthia's and toss them up. Let them cook for 3-4 minutes Garnish with coriander leaves
Step7-
Muthia is ready to be served. Serve it with Fresh coconut Sause.

Immunity Drink-
Ingredients:
Mineral Water-1ltr
Cucumber- 01 Medium size
Mint- 6-8 Leaves
Lemon- 01
Aloe vera, - 5 to 6 inches
Giloyee- 2 teaspoon
Tulsi Leaves,- 4-5 leaves
Black Pepper- 1/2 Teaspoon
Black salt- 1 Teaspoon
Kachchi Haldi- 2-3 Inches
Roasted Jeera- 1 Teapoon
Ginger- 2-3Inches
How to make-
Take all ingredient one one by one in a grinding jar
Add 1/2 of Water
Grind it well
Add more water and mix it well.
Serve it.
