Venison Backstrap, gently rub your meat with salt and pepper *sear over high heat 3 2 4 minutes a side *add a little smoke and shut her down *check after 10 minutes *in cast iron dish add soy sauce teriyaki and gochujang, bring to simmer and remove. Enjoy!!!!
