How is the High Proof economical? Our razors use half of a double edge safety blade (about 8 cents each) and are universal so you can use whatever blade you prefer.
That means with this one razor, you can get a lifetime of shaving with 8 cent blades. No more being locked into expensive blades!

How does the razor work? The head of our razor pivots to fit the contours of your face, simpler than a standard safety razor. This pivot is made possible by opposing magnets so there is no spring to wear out.
Not to mention, High Proof Razors require one half of a double edge safety razor blade. (less than $0.15 per shave).

The High Proof Razor was born from frustration... We wanted something that could shave quickly, had a minimal learning curve, did not require proprietary blades, and would last a life time.

One of our most commonly asked questions is, "How aggressive is the High Proof?"
It's a medium aggressive shave. The razor's pivoting head makes shaving tricky spots, like around the jaw line, easy.
The pivoting head finds resistance through opposing magnets instead of springs, resulting in more consistent and mild pressure.

Every High Proof Razor comes with a stand to hold your razor. This stand has a reusable mini-suction fabric on the back that allows you to stick the stand to any smooth, dry surface such as a mirror or shower wall. Additionally, the stand is equipped with a magnet that hold the razor firmly in place.
