Baine & Company

Baine & Co lost our best dog and company’s namesake last week. He was so loved and we are heartbroken. While I wanted to make a beautiful post with many pictures and memories of his life, my heart couldn’t take it right now. This picture seemed just right - wherever we went for the last 10 years, there he was. Through college, marriage, starting this business, bringing home our babies..there he was. He was a gift to our family and we will miss him terribly.

I have been happily busy raising Baine & Co’s babies and keeping up with Baine & Co’s finances. Tyler has been (thank you all!!) in the midst of a lot of projects - currently we have two full home renovations for clients, a flip house, a new build next door to the flip house, and our own home build. And a handful of smaller projects.

We are incredibly thankful for the growth of our business and to all of the people who have entrusted their homes to us!

We have started a total gut of a home in fourth & gill (pictured here with jo) and hope to be back more often sharing our projects with you all!

We are majorly crushing on Aunt ‘s home. Once we wrapped up the garden house & had a baby, we were able to put our hands just a little bit on this beautiful home.

We are in the process of buying our next project(s) and cannot wait to share them with you when we close!

Permits are completed and we are feeling grateful to have gotten to know and work for this sweet family. Joey is especially grateful to have gotten to know (and chase) their chickens.

A little update: we accepted an offer on the home shortly after listing and are through the inspection period! We are set to close early December and are very grateful for all of your support.

Tyler has been wrapping up projects for clients and preparing our home for the arrival of our second human!! In December, we will be on the hunt for our next project!

.styling.and.design ‘s amazing team has been working away staging the house today and we are SO EXCITED!

Tyler and I are chronically optimistic about a finish date for our houses. We were hoping for this week, but it’s going to be next week instead…might have a little something to do with having a toddler and being 7 months pregnant 😜🥴 (we will always be ok with our children slowing us down-they are a gift).

We have a long list of small things to get done in the next week including landscaping, cleaning, & paint touch-ups. We also have a handful of subcontractors who need to wrap some things up (electrician, counter top company, flooring, etc.). BUT we have .styling.and.design ‘s team scheduled to come stage on Tuesday and professional photos scheduled for Thursday. SO SOON!
