Honda day at the last regional race of the year for Cale and he made it count!

◼️ Junior Honda Heat: 5th➡️2nd
◻️ Junior Honda Feature: 6th➡️3rd 🥉
*made the pass for 2nd early got hit in the LR and spun. Happened again on the restart but was able to drive back up and finish 3rd.

◼️Junior 160 Heat: 3rd➡️1st
◻️Junior 160 Feature: 1st➡️1st 🏁
*chaotic race with several restarts and constant pressure from behind but he held on to pick up the win!

🔲 Big thank you to Rilynn for giving up her seat time to let Cale run these bigger events and working on his cars at home and the track.
We are missing Briggs day today as Cale has football and made a commitment to his team.

🔲Cale ran his last race at Lehigh Valley. Features only due to the weather. Started 7th out 10 in jr Honda and picked up the win. Started 2nd in jr 160 took the lead lap 1 and never looked back even with an ill handling car. 🏁🏁
🔲Rilynn tried to run Hamlin yesterday but Mother Nature won that.

Cale brought one car Friday night and took home the 🏁 in a 9 car jr Honda field. Rilynn didn’t get to race this weekend between soccer and football we didn’t have a chance to put her motor back in. I really missed these victory lane pictures with all the kiddos!

Bitter sweet night last night at Airport Speedway. Rilynn drove her butt off picking up the heat win. Invert put her starting 5th in the feature. She quickly made her way to 2nd and even made the pass for the lead a few times but the caution kept coming out. A slimy outside had her fall back to 6th on a restart. She passed for 5th and with a late race caution and a single file start she drove to 3rd and made a last lap pass for 2nd. Hard side by side racing upfront and happy to bring home 2nd place 🥈finish. Thank you to all the sponsors that put this race on!!

🏁🏁 Cale brought home 2 wins Friday night in Jr Honda and Jr 160.

The kids pulled off the sweep this weekend for the first time in all 3 cars‼️ Cale picked up his wins in jr Honda from 5th and jr 160 from 3rd on friday. 🏁🏁Saturday Rilynn was frustrated after warm ups and the heat with the car. She started 3rd in the feature and took the lead on lap 10 to pick up her first ever micro win. 🏁

Long weekend update‼️
Rilynn ran her first Labor Day Shootout at Clyde Martin Memorial Speedway and results exceeded expectations!
🔲Saturday was the winged portion. Rilynn started 7th and finished 5th in the heat missing the redraw. She started 14th and finished 4th!! Really hard racing all night even exchanged a few slide jobs 🙈
🔲Sunday was the non-wing race and she struggled a bit with a different track. Started 3rd and finished 5th in the heat. Driver listened to mom and dad instead of ripping the outside and it bit her. Made the redraw and pulled a 2. Unfortunately rain came out of no where and ended the night.
🔲Cale ran Lehigh Valley Thursday. He won both heat races with no jr160s he was able to run light. Cale won jr Honda 🏁and crossed the line 2nd in 160.

It’s been awhile and a little late but here’s the weekend update:
🔲 Cale ran Lehigh Valley Friday 2nd in Honda and 1st in 160 heat. He won both features and his lap times were great. Cale was pumped Rilynn got to hand him the flags 🏁🏁
🔲 Rilynn took the micro to lanco started 7th fell back and got back to 6th in her heat. She started 11th in the feature and despite moving forward early ended up falling back when the car went away and finished 11th.
🔲 In between races our little quarterback had his first scrimmage running for 2 touchdowns and had a great time with his teammates!

Cale ran Lehigh Valley Friday finishing 2nd 🥈in Jr Animal and Jr 160.
Rilynn ran Airport Speedway Saturday going 6th to 4th in the heat and 5th to 3rd 🥉in the feature. Motor laid down on the final restart while running 2nd and started popping 🙈 we’ll get this right eventually.
