The availability of sufficient bone volume in patients who have undergone extractions in the distant past can be scarce, resulting in challenges for dental implant placement. However, by utilizing the microinvasive split ridge and bone expansion osteotomy technique, significant widening and bone augmentation can be achieved in the atrophic alveolar ridge. The final porcelain bridge, which is colored with pink porcelain, achieves a beautiful aesthetic result. The patient is thrilled to no longer require a removable partial denture. Thanks to Dr. Robert Emery’s amazing in-person life surgery training for X-guide. The set up is amazing and we are wearing 3D glasses 😄. Absolutely love an oral surgeon who is so passionate and invested in technology and best patient care. I am among very experienced, talented and skilled oral surgeons and everyone is still so incredibly invested in learning. This technology is already in my office and our doctors are trained. Next step is to add IconicAI and fastMap photogrammetry that integrate the entire dental implant process for patients to the next level. Love love love. ❤️ 💕

What an emotional night. The big sister is packing up to leave for UC Irvine.

Lately I got quite a few calls from young entrepreneurs asking to meet with me and provide guidance for their business ideas. That is when I realize, boy, I AM OLD. LOL. I am so impressed with them. Great ideas, so determined, hard working, and good thinkers. I feel energized and feel somewhat useful! 🤣🤣🤣

The differences of two days! 🤣 Only in New England. Fabulous weekend. So blessed with families and friends!

Ugh, the frustration of missing a connecting flight by just minutes! 😩 So painful to watch my flight just being pulled away. 😭😭😭Thunderstorms at my previous destination caused a delay, making me miss my next flight and a 3 hour wait for the new one. This is exactly why I decided to step back from being a national and international lecturer years ago. I just can’t handle the stress of flight delays and travel chaos.
Back then, I structured my life so I could always be home early to spend time with my kids and be punctual for my patients. As a super Type A person, it’s tough when plans go awry through no fault of your own. 😂 But honestly, I don’t regret a second of my decision. Fame vs. Family? For me, it’s always Family. ❤️ I never want to miss time with my loved ones.
