The Christmas Quiz and Play Your Cards

It's Christmas Quiz time at Chryston BC it's all happening on the 8th of December at 7.30 and costs £5 and you can pay at the door.
There is also the added bonus of taking part in the Play Your Cards game. So take a note and get yourself along to the club for a great night out.

Hogmanay Party on the 31st of December from 8pm till 1am there are still tickets left which cost £10. Come along and bring in the new year to the fabulous Duncan McEwan and there is an added bonus. A minibus will be there at the end of the night to take you home at a cost is £5 per person.

Unfortunately, we have had to cancel the games night on the 24th of November due to a lack of numbers.

Funeral arrangements for Archie Dolan.
Wednesday 22nd of November at 12.00pm at Daldowie Crematorium then back to Chryston BC for refreshments and to share memories and stories of Archie. RIP My Friend

It's with sadness that we have to announce the passing of an old friend and former member Archie Dolan. Archie was a once-seen, never-to-be-forgotten kind of person, a larger-than-life character
who had something to say about everything (in a nice way)

Regrettably, Phoenix's have had to cancel the show at Chryston BC on the 18th of November due to a bereavement.

11.00 am Coltswood Cemetery, Coatbridge.
Then back to Chryston & District BC for refreshments and a chance to share the stories and memories of Raymond.

The Passing of Raymond Simpson
President Brian Airlie, Directors, and members of Chryston & District BC send their sincere condolences to the Simpson family.
Timpy, Pat, Colin & Paul words will not heal the sadness that you feel just now but the memories will last forever.
What can we say about Raymond there is not enough space on Facebook to describe him, he was the most likable person you will ever meet in your lifetime, always had a smile and a cheeky look in his eye when he was showing off his card collection or telling his Dad off for not being on his game during ties.

Raymond, you will be sorely missed by everyone who knew you and had the pleasure of your company. RIP Raymond.

On Saturday 7th of October 2023 on our closing day, we had the great pleasure of announcing Eddie Irons as our new Honorary Vice President and presenting him with his badge of office.

On Saturday 7th of October 2023 on our closing day, we had the great pleasure of announcing Hugh Gibson as our new Honorary President and presenting him with his badge of office.

Because of other engagements, Tom Coats from Marie Curie could not make the Closing day on Saturday so we presented the cheque for £1000.00 to him at the Thursday Club. The cheque was handed over by Eddie Irons & Andy Gibson, this brings our total to over £12,000.00 since we started supporting this fantastic charity.
Well done to everyone who donated.
