Our earliest perception of self-care was mostly from our mums’ bed-side table. After a long day, she would switch on a little lamp, moisturize her hands, massage in some night cream and read a book. This was her me- time and the only time she found in the day to in-wind. The older we become, we realize that we unconsciously incorporate habits and rituals from our mums in small little ways and it’s absolutely heartwarming 💓
