Why Scrubbed doesn’t go on sale:

Ever noticed Scrubbed doesn’t do discounts - why is that?
If you’re new here, I used to work in the fashion industry and created Scrubbed to fill a need for creativity outside my day job as a vet nurse.

As a brand & product that’s purpose is to be a reusable, sustainable option, to then go on sale to encourage you to purchase more & potentially overspend doesn’t sit well with me. Scrubbed will be here this week, and next, and the week after, when you are ready for a new hat.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off Dates! 🎄

Please ensure you order is placed with Scrubbed by the following dates for delivery before Christmas:

AUS: 11th Dec
NZ: 4th Dec
USA, UK & CAN: 1st Dec

Any orders placed after these dates will not be delivered in time for Christmas. Please keep these dates in mind when shopping. For Aussie orders I HIGHLY recommend you upgrade to express shipping, especially with how congested Australia Post gets this time of year.

A single use, ends up in landfill scrub hat? Or a reusable, beautiful, bursting to show some@personality Scrubbed hat?! I probably shouldn’t answer, I’m biased 😏

What gets used more where you work - disposable or reusable?

Did you know:

I don’t use any plastic packaging when I post your hats?

Everything I wrap and post your hats in is either recyclable or compostable ♻️

It didn’t make any sense to me to make a reusable scrub hat, which the use of prevents disposables from ending up in landfill to only wrap it in… plastic 🗑️

I wrap your hat in tissue paper (compostable) and place a Scrubbed sticker on top (also compostable).

Then depending on whether I’m shipping your order within Australia or elsewhere in the world; it goes in either the black compost pack with a compostable address label or, an AusPost tough bag (recyclable) with a compostable frosted bag and hex wrap (recyclable) to protect it on its way to you. I also include a little thank you note on the back of my business card, which if you don’t want to pass onto a colleague so they can also find amazing Scrubbed hats, can be also recycled!

AusPost does stick on parcel labels and stamps that aren’t recyclable or compostable, unfortunately, but you can peel these off before recycling or composting the rest of the packaging from your order.
