Had the extreme pleasure and honor of putting together the center pieces featuring my cupcakes for the Central and North Florida’s chapter’s last night!

Fighting Alzheimer’s, supporting caretakers, and raising money to find a cure are all extremely important causes to me, personally. That’s why for this year’s in June, I’m participating in a fundraiser “Cupcakes for a Cause” offering Orlando locals an exclusive cupcake flavor in exchange for a donation towards the Alzheimer’s Association.

Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, and the coming of Spring all in one, we’ve got some exciting treats in store.

Eat your heart out!!! is BACK with pickup orders starting February 12th! Just in time to celebrate Valentine’s Day with a sweet treat, or opt-in for an anti-Valentine’s Day twist for those feeling less than romantic.

I’m still recovering from my surgery just over a week ago but I’m finally back to a place where I can start back up with RemyCakes and I’m super excited to be coming back with this delicious combo of flavors.

Due to popular demand, nationwide shipping is now available for RemyCakes cookies and special treats (including the October exclusive Classic Halloween Popcorn Balls)!

Starting today, the October specials are now LIVE on the website and order form and you’ll have the option to have your snacks shipped! As of right now, cupcakes are only available to the locals, but hoping to experiment with some cupcake shipping early next year.

I’m so hyped to be expanding the possibilities for and I’ve got some MAD stuff planned for November. Just you wait!

Monthly Move Snack Specials!

Popcorn Bucket - buttery yellow cake filled with a popcorn infused cream and buttercream popcorn design.

Chocolate Caramel Pretzel - chocolate buttermilk cake soaked in salted caramel and topped with fudge icing rolled in pretzel bits.

Cherry Slush - red velvet cake sandwiched between a sweet and sour cherry compote and finished with a sugared red buttercream.

Hot Dog! - vanilla white cake with a chocolate mousse core and designed with a buttercream hot dog and yellow cake buns.

Loved doing this adorable cake for a baby shower! Pink funfetti sponge, hot pink buttercream in between layers, and coated with a thick fudge icing and SO MANY SPRINKLES! Speaking of sprinkles, it had a pink sprinkle confetti core. Can you tell it’s a girl?

RemyCakes Announcement and Nationwide Shipping Update!

Hi friends!

I'm taking this opportunity to announce SEVEN new treats NOW available through the RemyCakes website and order form! We have five cookies: classic chocolate chip, sweet sugar, peanut butter chocolate chip oatmeal, brown butter toffee chocolate chip, and the SEASONAL pumpkin snickerdoodle!

I also have a brand new section of specialty treats, which I'm beginning with a fudgy chocolate chip brownie and custom chocolate dipped rice krispy treats! With the rice krispy treats, you can choose a color scheme for sprinkles to be added and even the color of the chocolate if you choose white chocolate!

I fully anticipated beginning nationwide shipping on September 1st, but I have to hold out temporarily. It turns out, the shipping looks to cost more than the treats themself, and I don't find that fair at all to charge that much for some desserts- no matter how quality they may be. I'm simply not comfortable charging people over $10 for shipping, especially if it's for 6 cookies that costs $12, making it $22 in total.

The call I've gotten for nationwide shipping is so flattering and wonderful but I don't want to do that to you (unless you like....REALLY want them that bad but again...it's a lot). While I continue researching my shipping options to find a solution that makes me feel more comfortable, I'm keeping all orders local to Central Florida.

In the coming months, look out for more treats being added to the website (I've got a lot coming ESPECIALLY for the holidays!) and for monthly flavor updates.

Y’all the RemyCakes September flavors are next level! Looking for a unique treat for your movie nights? Look no further. This upcoming month we’re stepping it up with movie snack themed cupcakes!

From the adorably decorated but definitely not hot dog flavored cupcake to the buttery popcorn infused popcorn bucket cupcake, I guarantee this collection will be Oscar-worthy!

These will be available Sept. 1st and you’ll have the option to mix and match flavors OR order a dozen with all of the above!

Teacher’s Pet is the perfect back to school cupcake, ideal for gifting the teachers in your life, to get your kids ready for school, or for parents celebrating the end of Summer!

Strawberry Shortcake is my take on the refreshing and delicious classic everybody loves. Let’s get some of that Summer berry harvest before it goes away!

Melted Mint Chip is the Summer send off we need, featuring flavors inspired by the class mint chocolate chip ice cream flavor of our dreams. While the cupcake may appear as if the cone on top is melting, no frozen confectionaries were harmed in the making of this cupcake.
