We've published another interview, talked to Fabian Blaicher, a Co-Founder and the CTO at Shipamax, an AI-powered data entry software for the shipping & logistics industry. Shipamax raised $9.5M from Mosaic Ventures, Crane Venture Partners, Y Combinator and others.
We covered various topics, but probably the most relevant are:
- hiring and integration of new employees, especially to a tech team;
- fundraising, angels vs funds, US vs Europe, value of Y Combinator;
- relationships within the founding team, a role that a technical co-founder may play. I liked a bit where Fabian explains why a tech person needs also to do some sales/commercial work.
