Handmade pasta; made a spicy, rich tomato sauce and then threw it in the smoker for an hour. I'm not sure I'll ever make tomato sauce differently.

Doing some playful r&d here. A take on eggs in purgatory; braised chicken legs then stewed in a Harissa tomato sauce on top of a Hatch chile and fruit/ nut couscous, on a bed of labneh. This was 👍
