Customer had water running down the sidewalk into the building entry/exit door. The simple existing 4 inch pipe drain near the door could not keep up with a moderate rain storm, therefore having rain water enter the stair tower emergency exit. Answer to this problem was installing a 5 inch side walk gutter before the entry door, and 4 inch drain pipe to the storm management grate. Inside has been dry ever since! River rocks were added as pre filters and a taper between ground levels, which made a nice finish look and a proper Building Solution to a water issue. This project required saw cutting the side walk slab, installing the gutter in ground with drain pipe, testing water flow and finishing off every rough side surrounding the work. Pictures from one month after install ensuring it worked as it should after a hard rain.

Client asked if I could paint the poorly “matched” caulk on the terracotta roof a darker color so it disappeared. I told them I could not paint it to make it disappear but I can blend it in with something else!
The caulk was done by another company years ago and claimed it was the manufacturer’s match.
This product will lighten up over the next few months and blend in perfect!

Metal air duct caused a vibration in the wall when HVAC unit ran, conference room camera mounted on the other side of the wall would shake when in use. Customer asked for a finished gap around the air duct. Had to access back side of the wall from finished side due to dry wall soffit ceiling in conference room.

Doesn’t matter what color you want your doors, I can paint them for you! Deep orange color to accent the wall paper, no problem!
Here we have a White boxed vacancy for showing intentions. This one received level 5 finish on large open walls for advertisement graphics, cove base to be installed after. Lots of repairs through out to the walls, ceiling, floor and window sills where requested by the customer.

Door fill in and wall repair. Joint compound, fanned out, sanded and painted. Customer is happy to be back in their lab for testing!
