Yesterday was World Pasta Day. Also known as biggest-sin-in-our-plate day. Also known as STAY AWAY from carbs day. Well... I have knews for you.

Not all pasta is bad for you. Wholemeal pasta can be a healthy addition to a balanced diet, for people with no special conditions. Avoid adding white sugar, use olive oil for the sauce and Bon appetite.

A lot of people blame their schedule for their inability to control their diet. It's not your schedule that is making your nutritional choices though. What is the Nutritional Behaviour Experience?

It all started with my struggle with weight! All my life 'Food' was the answer to a number of questions that had nothing to do with food. All my emotional spectrum was triggering large portions of food, rarely of good quality. Pressure at work, loneliness, sadness, happiness would all drive me straight to the fridge if not to the nearest fast-food chain. If you talked to me about exercise, I would laugh and then eat some more.

Occasionally I started a diet. Any diet. All diets. Which would last mostly up to a month. A couple of times I lost almost all my excessive weight. But guess what? I got it all back very very quickly. I even had my stomach compartmentalised. That was serious and had implications. And it failed too.

It was about 5 years ago that my journey of self-discovery started. I started learning more about myself, the world and others. That journey came to an end with finding myself, my happiness and a new perspective about life. I also realised that my body followed my mind: I had managed to control my weight, lose almost 60 kilos (9.5 stones) and built healthy habits, including exercising regularly.

I distilled that experience, I combined it with coaching principles to offer you a UNIQUE experience made of

I would like to welcome you to my page and take the opportunity to introduce myself.

I am Haris Lymperopoulos and for the last 2 years I have been a Life Coach. I work with teams or individuals: I like to call them all partners because we work together, collaboratively. 💪

In short, I am the unbiased partner you want in your life, without a trace of criticism or prejudice. I am by your side to ask you the right, often difficult questions and to persist until you give the answer. I don't have ready-made solutions for you, I won't lead you, I won't show you a specific path. I will help you to discover the things that boost your joy and success, to see all the possible paths in front of you, to defeat your 'bad self' who prevents you from achieving your goals and finally to achieve your goals.

Why should we work together? Because I put Life Coaching into practice and I already have the results. It is not a vague theory, it is not a profession that I practice on others only. I was depressed, unhappy, negative, deathly overweight and more. Now I am happy, with two successful jobs, both of which give me freedom and personal space, I manage relationships and toxicity around me very well. But mostly we will work together because your joy is mine. I am a Life Coach because it makes me happy. Your success is mine. Your joy becomes mine. I want to see you complete, happy, successful, maybe more than you yourself.
