Rigi Beer:
- 2 ounces Mount Rigi
- 6 ounces beer
- Pour over ice with a wedge of lemon

Pro tip: You can use any beer you like, but an IPA is 👌

Let’s start this week off right with a Shooting Star ✨ A twist on the classic French 75 created by award-winning bartender Dirk Hany of Bar am Wasser ✨

- 2 ounces London Dry Gin
- 1 ounce Mount Rigi
- 1/2 ounce of fresh lemon juice
- Shake all ingredients on ice, strain into a glass and fill up with champagne.

**Bonus points for decorating with the sparkling swirl made of blue food coloring, edible glitter and powdered sugar!**
