Wax Melts are a fantastic way to fragrance and uplift your home. Even though they are just small pieces of scented wax they can make a real difference to your home and make your home smell divine as long as you use them safely.

BUT…..if used incorrectly they could be could also become a fire hazard!!

Here are our things NOT to do when you use wax melts:
❗️ DO NOT use 8 hr T lights - They provide too much heat & cause damage to your wax melt burners. It can cause hair line cracks which is a fire hazard.
❗️ DO NOT use scented T lights - By using a scented tealight candle it will mean that all the fragrances are competing and mixing together in the air which can leave some unpleasant or uncomplimentary aromas
❗️DO NOT use more than one T light at a time - Wax melt burners are only designed to have one 4-hour unscented tealight in them. Wax melt burners are only designed to take a certain level of heat and with anything that is subjected to stress it can be subjected to hairline cracks, cracks, fractures or even holes may begin to form, which is not what you want.
Whilst it can be tempting to use multiple tealights to heat the wax melts so that there is a stronger smell it is not a safe option.

- We strongly recommend purchasing 4-hour UNSCENTED tealights to use in your wax melt burners.
- Only use your wax melt burner for 4-hour periods and then switch to another wax melt burner or have a little break from them.

So please do carrying on enjoying wax melts to perfume your homes beautifully BUT please do use them and your wax burner correctly if you want to do so safely and without breaking your burner!

So I spent yesterday volunteering with my sister at the charity 10k walk.

We met and spoke to so many supporters, Family members and survivors and was very humbling.

This is such a small charity and that work so hard to raise awareness on this disease and to also help survivors with the lasting effects.

So maybe next year you’d like to help/take part. Whether it’s participating in the walk or volunteering as a route Marshall ALL help is greatly appreciated 💙
