I have a Mercruiser alpha 1 gen 1 outdrive for sale. It could use some paint & the skeg is broken off, but the internals are good and was a perfect working unit when removed. Asking $200. It comes with a stainless prop & aluminum prop

Mercruiser alpha 1 I believe it’s a 1.84R. It shifts and spins. It has some damage on the port side of the cavitation plate. Other then that I Don’t know anything about it. Pulled it from a junk boat that I purchased for the trailer. $300 obo
