Whenever I diffuse Northern Lights Black Spruce (NLBS), I dont know somehow I am always reminded of my village and the times when all my siblings, bestie and cousin are back too. I had so much fun and so made many fun memories. Due to this pandemic, both bae and I couldn't go back. Dah la sis dah beli padded jacket tu. Jangan jangan he already outgrown it 😫.

Anyways, back to NLBS. Here is some ways to use it besides diffusing :
1. Wear this calm and serene scent as a charming cologne or layer it with Lavender or Neroli for a perfumed pick-me-up.

2. Dilute with V-6™ or another carrier oil and apply to the bottoms of your feet, spine, and the base of your neck to infuse your evening with the tranquil aroma of nature.

3. Add a few drops to your favorite lotion or face cream to boost moisture as you dream about adventure in the Canadian Rockies.

4. Combine a few drops of Northern Lights Black Spruce with a complementary aroma like Cedarwood or Lavender for a massage oil reminiscent of a woodland spa.

5. Capture its refreshing scent in a beard oil by adding a few drops of Northern Lights Black Spruce and Copaiba to a lightweight carrier oil.

10. Add a few drops to your conditioner to bring the sensation of cool mountain breezes to your morning shower.

One of bae's favourite sleeping oil is lemongrass which I only found out after a while! Lemongrass has a fresh aroma that neutralizes odors and makes an excellent addition to home cleaning solutions. Applied topically, it can be used to cleanse the skin and enhance massage.

SUGGESTED USES
- Diffuse Lemongrass to neutralize stale, musty odors or residual odors from cooking.
- Dilute with V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex and use it for massage following physical activity.
- Combine it with Citronella and Cedarwood essential oils in a spray bottle and top off with water or alcohol-free witch hazel to create an outdoor spray.

Melaleuca Alternifolia or tea tree is widely regarded for its cleansing properties, with topical applications for skin, hair, and nails. In addition to these benefits, Tea Tree is known for its ability to effectively neutralize unwanted odors, making it a great addition to home cleaning recipes. Given its versatility, Tea Tree is a must-have essential oil for every home.

SUGGESTED USES
- Add Tea Tree to your facial wash or moisturizer to experience its cleansing properties.
- Apply it as a spot treatment on blemishes.
- Diffuse it to combat musty or unpleasant odors.
- Apply it to toenails and feet to maintain the appearance of healthy skin and nails.
- Mix with baking soda and sprinkle it in shoes or on sports equipment.

Kunzea essential oil soothes fatigued muscles and helps to reduce the appearance of blemishes when applied topically. Used aromatically, it cleanses the air of unwanted odors with an aroma that is similar to, but more delicate than that of Tea Tree.

- Apply to chest for a refreshing breathing experience.

My must have if I need to run some errands in town. Joy is one of my favourite oil that I use almost everyday. I love the scent SO MUCH! Funny story, when I first purchase Joy eo - punya la I hated the smell. I cannot stand it, so I never diffuser this eo. But I think was it last year? I terhidu lagi this eo. Terus fell in love p**a. Hahahah! So lesson learnt here is selalu la buka buka eo yang xs**a tu. You never know one day, you will love it!

Do you know helichrysum means immortal or everlasting in the Latin language? It is known to help with anti aging and therefore banyak cosmetic yang ada anti aging use helichrysum in one of their ingredient list.

Untuk kita yang ada helichrysum eo, boleh la buat anti aging serum ya. Above is my favourite eo for serum. If you dont have Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood, you can replace it with Copaiba. And you can use lavender as a substitute of rose.

In 10ml dropper, I'd put in
10 Helichrysum
10 Frankincense
10 Royal Hawaiian Sandalwood
3 Rose
Fill it in with Jojoba Oil.

Grapefruit is a must have eo! It has a cheerful and uplifting notes. Normally, I would use this eo for my morning diffuser blend if I need to be energize in the morning and also droo it in my mop water. Kalau ngemop, blend ni paling I s**a. Try it! And let me know!

Starter kit essential oil of the month! One of the reason why I join Young Living is because of Lavender! After pregnancy, I am not in a good state mainly because I'm sleep deprived. Do you know that having not enough rest can affect not only your energy but mood as well! So long story short, after I got my set. Memang terus drop lavender in the diffuser the first night. And wow, me and bae slept through the night! He only wakes up when he need to be fed and falls back to sleep after his milk. What I love about Lavender is how it is a multipurpose oil, like there are a thousand of usage of this oil and it is known as the swiss army knife oil. So after I got my set, I started to explore my oils. Another reason why I love my community is they are always ready to answer your question and guide you. And I found loads of friends from this community alone! If you are interested to get a set for yourself, do pick a community that guide you and not leave you behind!

To kickstart our challenge for this month, let's get to know one of my favourite essential oil that start from A! Australian Ericfolia. Australian Ericifolia oil is extracted from the steam-distilled vivacious Melaleuca ericifolia, a plant that hails from the pristine landscapes of Tasmania. This Australian oil is also known as Lavender Tea Tree. As a cousin of Tea Tree, Australian Ericifolia combines the benefits of Tea Tree with the gentle fragrance of Lavender which I really love! If I can tanam the tree at my house mmg sis dah tanam! Here's some idea on how to use this eo.

1. Stash a fresh scent. Put a few drops of this essential oil on a cotton ball and tuck it into drawers or closets for a fresh and bright aroma.

2. Add a few drops to aloe vera gel after a dreamy day in the sun for an extra-clean scent. Combine with aloe vera’s moisturizing properties for some post-sun pampering!

3. Try a DIY foot soak for a mini staycation! Add a few drops of Australian Ericifolia, Peppermint, and Lemongrass to your footbath for a sweet and woodsy aroma during your downtime.

4. Add a few drops to your favorite hand lotion for a freshly floral scent while you imagine Australian shores, no matter where you are!

5. Treat yourself to a DIY scalp scrub! Mix 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon hair oil, 1 drop Australian Ericifolia, and 1 drop Rosemary. Relax as you massage the scrub into your scalp, and then follow your usual wash-and-dry routine.

6. Add a drop to V-6™ Vegetable Oil Complex and rub into chest during rush hour traffic or an afternoon slump.

7. Glow up your skin care routine! Add Australian Ericifolia to your daily facial cleanser or moisturizer for a clean, woodsy scent.

Balancing work, house chores and bae has slowly taking its toll on me. So I try to organize our time together. My day start with popping in laundry, prepping the diffuser with happy blend, stretching, preparing breakfast, wash up, breakfast with bae and coffee date with GOD! (the most important event) then continue on the day with work + chores + bae and finally winding down with this two babies. Now I have my gua sha tool, I love to use it to massage my neck and the lymph nodes of the face. I normally use it in the dark when bringing bae to bed and often terus tertidur juga because the scent is very relaxing.

Just incase if you are wondering why it has two different name. Stress Away is known as YL Haven in Malaysia ya. But it is the same oil. Some other ways you can use YL Haven :

1. Diffuse Stress Away in your home after a long day for a fresh, soothing aroma that helps promote feelings of relaxation.

2. Apply it to your wrists while at work or school to enjoy this blend’s soothing, fresh scent.

3. Add a few drops to a cotton ball and place it in the vent of your car to create a calming environment during a long drive or rush-hour traffic.

4. Wear Stress Away as a personal fragrance.

5. Add it to Epsom salt for relaxing bath.

6. Add it to Young Living Bath & Shower Gel Base.

Don't forget to use your essential oil guys! It is recommended that you take out the display rack from the box and place it at somewhere you can see everyday like your dressing table or just place it beside your diffuser! You can fold the back of your display rack and make it as a stand.

In my case, my stand dah penyet. So what I do, I purchase this small wooden stand and place the display rack on it. Jadi insta worthy terus! Try it gais!

Its ditch and switch day! Do you know that our body absorb chemicals as we clean? May it be cleaning the toilet, mopping, washing the dishes, and even in laundry!

My first ditch and switch is Thieves Household Cleaner. This one has to be by far my most worth investment, semua boleh pakai.

One of the "Oils for her" that I always recommend for member is Progressence Phyto Plus (PPP). Very helpful for us ladies esp during that time of the month.

Plus, it helps to stabilise our emotions too when you couple it with Dragon Time or Lady Sclareol.

For me, PPP has a multipurpose use. I will divide it into two bottle. The white cap is for my face serum where I add in frankincense, rose, copaiba and royal hawaiian Sandalwood eo and top it off with V6. The one in the black cap, I apply it on my wrist and on my stomach when it's the time of the month.
