I've wanted to have a go at covering Bathory's "A Fine Day To Die" for years... and I've managed it at last. I wanted to get as close to the original as possible, and that meant looking for synth vocal patches and horse noises to recreate a little of the "Odin's Ride Over Nordland" intro.. It was a blast :D

A Fine Day To Die My humble interpretation of the classic Bathory song. One of the best metal tunes ever written? Aye. I reckon.

Titled ‘Of Time And Dying Stars’, this is the band's 5th album and 4th to be released by UKEM Records. This new offering follows on perfectly where ‘A Hollow Path’ left off and features 8 tracks of blasting black/death metal, all performed by one man, namely Sapient.
