It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of our beloved sister, “Tangoh Marabel” based in United Arab Emirates;

Mirabel passed away on the evening of Sunday 27th June 2021 after a very brief illness; all our thoughts and prayers are with her family, she will be sadly missed by all who knew and worked with her. May her soul rest in the bosom of the lord 🙏

Meet 34 Years Old President of the North West House of Chiefs,
*Crowned Fon at 23*

Born on 27thSeptember 1986 as Yakum Kevin Teuvih, He lived his childhood life in Garoua where his father was then Governor of the North Province. He attended Primary school in Government Primary School Bambalang and Secondary School in Government High School Bambalang before moving to Government Bilingual High School Ntamulung where he attended high school. He later moved to the University of Buea in 2008 for a Bsc in Economics. A year later, his father passed on and on the 18th of September 2009, he was presented to the public as the Fon of Bambalang. He returned to the university of Buea and graduated with a Bsc in Economics in 2011. He gained admission into the Prestigious National School of Administration and Magistracy and upon graduation, was deployed to the ministry of Territorial Administration and Decentralisation, on the 22 of November 2017, he was appointed to head the Regional Development Division at the South West Governor’s Office, on the 06th of March 2020, he was called to other duties at the Ministry where he fervently served before being elected by his peers to head the North West House of Chiefs, and by implication becomes the Vice-President of the Maiden Regional Executive Council for the North West. The King Roars!!!
