As the sun gets warmer in the UK we understand that working in the sun can be tough. Here's a reminder of how to protect yourself with these sun safety tips:

👕 Wear Protective Clothing: Choose light-coloured, loose-fitting clothes. Long sleeves and trousers offer better protection.

☀️ Use Sunscreen: Apply SPF 30 or higher on all exposed skin. Reapply every two hours.

😎 Wear a Hat and Sunglasses: A wide-brimmed hat and UV-protective sunglasses shield your face and eyes.

💧 Stay Hydrated: Drink water regularly, even if you don't feel thirsty.

⛱️ Take Breaks in the Shade: Rest in shaded areas to cool down and reduce sun exposure.
