I would like to talk about the relator strength, especially those that have it in their top 10 strengths. You might be a realtor or you know a realtor‼️this is such a good strength💪
Realtors have a small circle of friends. They don't need or want a lot of people around them. Trust is key. If you violate that trust then you are gone. Doesn't matter if you are family or not. They get hurt and feel the hurt deeply. They are good at setting boundaries so they would be good teachers for those that aren't good at setting boundaries. They don't like wishy washy conversation. In this situation a relator can tell those people at the beginning of the conversation that they only have 10 minutes to talk and that they have to be somewhere. Then that other person will speed up the conversation. They like deep meaningful conversations but with their trusted people. Relators also have a lot of rules.
