This is a Good news and a Bad News

The good news is they shortened the respawn time of the of the two jungle buff monster.
from 120s to 90s it means they will now respawn faster.

The bad news is they also adjusted the duration of the buff from 120s down to 75s. So the jungle monsters respawn after 90s but buff only last for 75s. there is a 15secs interval after you ran out of buff. it means you are buffless for 15 seconds

This is a total nerf for f***y and a double nerf for ling this patch. Before you can maintain the buff because the respawn time and the buff duration is the same at 120s.
