On the tenth and final episode of season 2, I speak with Kaysha Thomas, an eating disorder recovery specialist advocating for body liberation and racial equity.
Kaysha advocates for the aforementioned causes via social media, in the workplace, and through blogging. Kaysha’s advocacy stems from the critical need for trauma-informed recovery techniques. As a Black woman, Kaysha brings some much-needed representation to a traditionally white space.

Through her advocacy, especially her organization , Tiffany has created safe spaces to uplift the voices of disabled folks.
