Trump claims he will temporarily suspend immigration into US due to coronavirus fears 21/04/2020

It is important to keep in mind that as of today there are no new immigration change. We do not have a formal executive action or policy memo outlining what it means "to temporarily suspend immigration"

Please do not panic. We can provide better guidance once a formal order is issued.

Anyone living in the U.S. with scheduled visa interviews in Mexico should NOT LEAVE, as the US Consulates will be closed starting March 18, 2020 until further notice. There will be no way to return to the U.S. until their interview is scheduled, which at this point is an unknown.

Justice Dept. Establishes Office to Denaturalize Immigrants 27/02/2020

Those who are seeking to become U.S. Citizens should consult with an immigration attorney or legal non-profit organizations with accredited representatives and attorneys prior to filing to ensure eligibility.
