GSP Marinduque Council

On April 9, 2024 the Girls Scout of the Philippines Marinduque Council conducted the council convention and council board election for the triennium 2024-2027 at SDO converence hall.

Dr. Lynn G***r Mendora was present in the convention and she gave her words of welcome.

Also present in the convention is the council representative of Marinduque, Sr. Gs. Camille Almonte and Sr. Gs. Kelly Ann Garcia.

This convention is the end of the three year term of the former Marinduque council board and a begining of a triennial term for the newly elected board members.

The Marinduque Girl Scouts of the Philippines express their deep gratitude to our tita's who dedicated their time and effort to serve as our board members. We thank them for their support for every projects that we do.

At the end of the convention/election Honorable Adeline M. Angeles, Chief Girl Scout Medalist (1988), was elected as the council president.

Congratulations to the newly elected council board members. Goodluck on their service and may God be with them always!

Today, December 30, we commemorate the life and works of our National Hero, Jose Rizal. May we continue to have a great love for our country and give importane to the youth of this nation.

Good and inspiring leaders do not come very often and Rizal was truly one of them. Let us follow what he taught us and make him proud.
